Cracked display, phone gets hot and issues during calls

Hello, I've had a problem with my Z5 screen intermittently going blank after I make/answer calls resulting in me having to force reboot as unable to hang up or if call is answered, wait for other person to hang up. There has been problems with using loud speaker as person on other end are unable to hear me clearly.

My phone had overheated and I accidentally dropped my phone due to it being so hot. I now have a cracked screen 😔 (top right corner) and not functioning fully

Can anyone advise on best thing to do next? Thanks

Hi @Ash13, I'm really sorry to hear that.

I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device to an authorized service center. Make sure to provide a detailed description of what you are experiencing aside from the damaged display so that a technician can replicate it and have a look at it for you.
