Hello,

My screen often doesn't display well. The touchscreen works, but it looks all striped and I can't see what's happening. It does that since I bought it in may, but then I thought it just was too hot. It would happen once a week. If I just let it rest a couple of minutes it would work again of I just restarted it and it would work again.

But since two weeks it happens more en more often. At the moment it happens as often as 10 times a day. Also at times when my phones not doing much en isn't hot.

Does someone know what's going on?

Take a screenshot > transfer it to your computer > do you see the stripes? if you don't then it is a hardware issue.

Thanks. I did that and I don't see the stripes on the screenshot. What do I do now?

contact your Local support as this is a hardware related.

The lack of quality control in Sony really forces me to think twice before buying any other new device from this brand

My Z5 was on warrany and being repaired 3 times already...
