Can you please supply more info, such as what you mean by it doesn't work, are you saying the touch screen doesn't work or its completely black?

Hi Sony, I've got the same problem here. My screen is all black after my phone fallen into a pool. It still vibrates and I can see the led flashing, but the screen is black.

Hi ltdorcaso,

In such a case I can only really advise that you contact Customer Care they should be able to arrange for a vacuum test on the handset to clarify if this is some form of defect.
