Hardware Buttons dont work anymore

Hi,

On my z5 premium my Hardware buttons are not working anymore. First the cam button, volume up and down and fingerprint stopped. Now I cant even use the power Button.
Tried reboot. Etc. Allready...

It seems to be a hardware issue, have you exposed the phone to water or steam? you might want to contact your Local support and request a vacuum test and to get it inspected.

No water and no steam. Had my z3 in the shower when it broke a few years ago... So never tried that again.

I have the same issue. First the power button stopped working, then volume and camera. I stupidly let the phone die over new years and now can't get it to turn on to get my photos off. Any way of turning the phone on via the pc or anything? I know if I take it in they'll send it away and I'm unlikely to get the same phone back...

I was waiting for the christmas/new years to be over so I could get it sent away!

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but if you can't power on the phone, you won't be able to get any data from the phone, unless it happen to be stored on the SD card.
