Since I've upgraded to 1.27 and my OnePlus 9 to version 12 in April I'm unable to get the entertainment system to recognise a phone being plugged in and thus can't use android auto. My friend has the same stereo and its thw same on his. I contacted Sony and they said they don't support Android 12. Is this really the answer?

Hey Cjwrightz, I believe that shouls be the correct answer, you can test this theory by using another phone with the previous version. But since Sony told you this, that should be correct.
