is there a fix to stop my ps4 disconnecting from wifi every 2 to 3 minutes, all other devices work perfectly well including dare I say it............Xbox 360

Try resetting your IP adress. You do this by turning off your router and turning it on after 50 seconds. Hope this helps.

Hi There,

I have bought Sony TV KD - 49X8005C last year in december 16, but following the latest update a few weeks ago the WIFI keeps disconnecting.

Once I enter the WIFI log in details for 2 - 3 minutes the TV is connected to te internet and after that I get a message that it has been discconnected.

Could you please help?

P.s. I have done factory reset on the TV and it did not help. I have no problem with any other devices in the house using the WIFI, it is just the TV.
