hei there!

I bought a Sony Xperia X two days ago and it worked perfectly, i was happy with it.

today i went out and my battery went down. when i arrived at home i charged it and half an hour later i wanted to turn it on(56% at this moment) and it started up to the logo of swisscom(my provider), and there it stays. now maybe 1 hour later it's still on the same logo and i don't know if this is a problem of swisscom or a problem of xperia x.

I hope i'm at the right place, i didn't know where to report this "error".

and is there a solution for this? i didn't find a reset button.

PS: sorry for my bad english...

i forgott to mention that it was at 0% when i charged it so it was off... maybe it is because of a system failure when there is no energy left and not everything went off propperly...

However, it sounds as though your phone has frozen. Try the following:

Press and hold down both the power button and the volume up button for 10 seconds.
When your device vibrates once, release both keys.
Your phone will restart automatically.
