Hi we've just set up the PS-LX310BT through Bluetooth and it is so so quiet? The maximum volume on headphones and Google/Alexa are so quiet, nowhere near the usual volume level I have with Spotify.

Also you can hear the music very faintly through the turntable even when connected to a speaker and it is so annoying? How can you resolve this? As the speaker is so low volume you can hear it and it is so annoying.

Any advice please as if not will be taking it back.

Do you have the output selector set to LINE as noted in the Manual? (page 12)

I also have this problem with my PS-LX310BT. The switch is set to line and high gain (I’ve tried it switched every which way)
I’ve connected successfully to a Bose sound link but the volume is almost nil. Please can you advise ?
