I have tired both full and UK auto scan. This detected the new services availabe but shows the old ones as for example&nbsp; ?BBC Berkshire or ?capital which is a little annoying when scrolling through to access channels. I assume a factory reset is only option but have not been able to find how to do this. Any help appreciated.
