I have a Sony Remote Commander RMT-P1BT which is a great piece of kit. I use it with an A7 iv. The problem I have is (I use my left eye to focus) so I use the AEL button on the camera to back focus and not the AF-ON button as I tend to poke my right eye with my thumb! I would like to re-program the C1 button on the remote to operate the AEL button to the camera. Is it possible & if it is I would be grateful for this info. Many thanks

I guess you need to customize the C1 Button on the Camera, then the C1 Button on the Remote Control will activate the function you chose for the Camera Button.
