'Grainy Viewfinder& LCD'

I am resonably pleased with the new camera but I was concerned the when I look through the LCD the image is grainy. It gets better as I focus on the subject matter but I have never experienced this at on my Cannon or Nikon. I have an Olympus whoich only cost £45 and that viewfinder is clear and sharp. On contact with Sony they to said it should be clear but suggested I set it to manual on the menu and brighten it up, but its still the same.

I went back to the store but they had no ideas whatever!! The shots are perfect however

Any ideas or should I return it. Allthough it's a bit late for that.

Any good suggestion to my email because I don't suppose I will find this site again.

Same issue, It seems like this is the norm
