topic Auto White Balance - Sony Alpha 7R in Alpha & NEX interchangeable lens cameras

I have owned the ILCE-7R since December 2013 but have never really been able to use the Auto ISO facility to my satisfaction. The camera always selects a Colour Temperature ~ 8000K in sunny weather, which is way too warm. I have to adjust the White Balance on my RAW Frames to correct the situation. I run a complete Canon system in parallel and the Auto White Balance works fine on that, i.e. between 5200K and 5500K in bright daylight. This is the third Firmware upgrade that I have installed on the ILCE-7R and the issue is still unresolved. Anybody else experience this issue or is it just me? Any fixes other than using the Daylight/Cloudy WB settings in the Menu? Steve
