Sony a7s start-up time

I have problems with start up time.sametimes is ok but most time i have wait about 10-15 sec.

I have original battery and i try to used different SD cards and without.

i got this problem after firmware update from 1.20 to 2.0.when i update to 3.10. its not help.

This 10-15.sec. i not see any information on screen and when try to turn of camera its not happen.its had in active usage.

Hi Alexxx8,

Are you using a third party battery as I've read that occasionally third party batteries can slow down start times & lso a couple of people mentioned that some play memories apps had caused a slow boot..

I used original battery and I reset camera and I have some problems with
start-up time.i have no any application.i bought camera from Japan . maybe
problem is with firmware? Please help me! !!

Hi,

unfortunately I doubt your A7S is covered by warranty in a he EU but from what you say it may need a repair, best I can suggest is that you contact Sony Support & discuss your problem with them direct & see if they can offer any solutions..
