Sony Camera products extended warranty activation

Has anyone successfully registered a Sony Premium Services 1 year extended warranty for camera products? If so please let me know how.

This is a credit card sized scratch card which needs to be activated through www.sony.eu/activation.

Everytime I try to do this (20+ attempts on different platforms/browsers) the web form fails.

It doesn't even support the Sony Alpha A6000+SEL1670Z kit (ILCE_6000Z) anyway.

Sony UK support staff don't seem to recognise the existence of them.

Yes I've found the same problem the web address on the activation card (www.sony.eu/activation) doesn't seem to exist. And as for this Sony site, it's a labyrinth someone needs to sort it out. I'm about to contact my supplier to see if they sort out this 1 year extended warranty. I'm a bit concerned that I may have been scammed.

I had the same problem with my Sony 6300 which I still cannot register as the site keeps saying there are technical problems. I did eventually manage to register the extened guarantee by using a link I found in a WEX photographic document.
