Sony ILCE5000L battery life

Hello

I have a new a5000 and am really struggling with its battery life. I charge it to 100%, take a few pictures, put away and a few days later try us again and battery is always 'exhausted'.

I have it set to airplane mode so wifi is always off and power save time is 1 minute.

Before I call Sony as I may just have a bad battery wondering if there is a setting I am missing that is causing it to drain while not used.

I feel like there may be something wrong with either the battery or the camera because the battery life in my A5000 lasts ages. I only charge my camera once a week, maybe twice if I do a long timelapse or if I'm going out for a while with it. Sounds like a problem with your battery. Hope you get it sorted
