A7sii can’t access SD card

Hello. I need HELP. I’ve bought a new Sony A7sii and since it’s arrival, it can’t seem to see any card. Tried all cards I have and I still get the reinsert card error. Tried these same cards in other A7sii and it worked just fine. What could be wrong with my camera?

Hi Bismark, that sounds a little odd. Was it like this straight out of the box, or did you change some settings before inserting a card?

Whether you did or not, it may be worth performing a hard reset before sending it off for repair. It may also be worth reformatting a 'known good' card in your other A7 before insterting it in your new one.
