Sony A7RII won't start up

Hi Guys.. I have some problem with my camera Sony A7RII.
the camera won't to start up. the camera will on and off again by it self. same like Booloop on Android Device.
restart by it self. I don't know what happend. yesterday I was using for format the memomry card,after that I put back in my bag,and I want to go take some photo after I take the camera from the bag and I want to turning on the camera won't to turn on like i say.
I put the video soo all of you can see that.
somebody please help me.. or someone was get same problem? please tell me the solution.

Hi @Vidale_C and welxcome to the Community

There's a couple of things you can try, starting with removing the battery

for a couple of minutes and then reinserting and trying to power on.

Also have you tried powering on without the card inserted?

It may be worth you inserting a different memory card to see if that stops the cycle.

Hi @jumpsuit,thanks for your solution and I appreciate that but I already try that for one day long but I get same result. I turn on without lens,Flash,Card,all I try but still same.

I take out the battery one night long and reinsert on the morning but still same..
I dont know what I can do? I want to reinstall the firmware but the camera won't turn on.
I hope someone can tell me the solution or way to install firmware without turn on the camera.

I think the only option you have left

is to give Sony Support a ring in the morning on +44 (0) 2073652810
