Can not recognize lens

Hi, I bought my Sony Alpha A6000 with 16-50mm Lens Digital Mirrorless Camera (PAL) from eGlobal Central (UK) online and have already used for 2 months. One day I tired to use my camera to photo but I suddenly found that the lens could not extend when I turned it on. Also the lens could not focus with words ‘Can not recognize lens. Attach it properly’ shown on the screen. Several days passed, the second time I tried to use it, it could take good photos as usual. But the third time I wanted to use it after a week, the problem that it could recognize lens happened again. I know the Sony camera will be guaranteed for one or two year. How can I deal with this problem? Where shall I send it to get it repaired? look for your suggestion. Thanks!
