SLT-A57K mode dial freezes the camera.

Hi. My Alpha 57 freezes everything after 1 photo. If I take the battery out and back in everything looks fine, screen shows all info and all buttons work, until I change mode dial, then all buttons and the dial stops working.

I've tried different battery and sd card but still the same. I also tried reinstalling the firmware but because I have the latest firmware (V1.04) I can't reinstall.

Is there a way to reinstall or down grade the firmware?

Thanks. I contacted customer support the same time I posted here. I managed to solve the problem myself yesterday. I bought a brand new Sony ILCA-68K...Problem solved.

Lovely camera though, very happy with it so far.
