+1 year extended warranty not received?

Hi everyone!

I just purchased my brand new Sony A7iii camera, and tried to register it here, so I can get my +1 year extended warranty. However I received no emails, and can't check anywhere whether I got it or not. Even tried registering it on 2 Sony accounts.

It's pretty frustrating, can anyone help me please?

Hey guys, you need to use the MySony account for that, make sure to create an account using your emails.

Thank you Hannah! I did these steps before, that is why I'm confused. I did not get any email that my warranty was extended or anything like that. How can I verify this? Thank you!

Hey Kranolf, not all devices get the extended warranty, I would contact Sony.
