Hi,

Two issues please.

1. Does the RMT-DSC1 remote work with this camera?

2. I have had the camera for 10 years and it is brilliant, the best quality shots I have ever taken with a compact. BUT it is 1080p only and the new ones are 4k. Can anyone recommend a 4k compact that will take as good pictures?

Hey there,

The remote doesn't seem to be compatible.

And I would suggest checking the RX series, to me they're the best of the rest. Not too bulky or heavy, and got some amazing features.
