    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I'll try contacting them, but I think I'll go back to my old compact camera - it's not a superzoom and is about 13 years old but at least it works!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cybershot DSC H60 Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera was working fine one day but when I turned it on the next day all I got was a black screen displaying some icons and it would not take any pictures.&amp;nbsp; It won't switch off properly and the lens remains extended.&amp;nbsp; I've checked that the battery is fully charged,&amp;nbsp; and if I remove and insert the battery I can access the menu but that doesn't seem to work either.&amp;nbsp; I tried the reset options but nothing happened.&amp;nbsp; Any idea what could be wrong and if it could be repaired without being too expensive?&amp;nbsp; The camera is nearly 3 years old but hasn't been used much due to the pandemic so I don't want to have to buy a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
