Hi all, just bought a SGPT111 and cannot see web videos, can hear them but the image is blank. Let's say a friend publish a video in Facebook, see the image but when click on play, can hear but not see it, it's just blank. Any driver missing? Thanks!

How are you playing it? Through a Facebook app or through a browser? What about Adobe Flash? Have you ensured that this is updated?

Using the stock browser, I have not have this had this issue before so interesting to read of it happening.

Thanks for your answer; am playing it through the facebook application. have the same problem with another app downloaded: gratis tv tablet hd. flash player version installed is 11.1.111.5

could see youtube videosand other web videos inside web pags through the Chrome browser but not in the fb or the otherother downloaded app... weird?

i have the exact issue.

i can watch them on a browser but not through FB. from a tech point of view, although this does look like a flash issue i would say it is more the facebook app that has the problem because it is working elsewhere.

although in saying that i dont get that issue on my samsung android phone....

i have to say though, this is probably the most poorly supported device i have ever owned looking through these forums and also other tech places such as XDA.

pending the result from my support ticket, i think i will be taking mine back because it just has bug after bug with what appears to be silly responses if all i read is true. it is the internet though so i am waiting to see if i start getting them.

to help you out though, i havent tried this yet myself but there are some alternative facebook apps out there on the android market that you could try and see if it solves the problem.
