PS Store need Account Manager update but can't find it in the Android Market.

I have a new Sony Tables S and updated it to Android 3.2 When I select PS Store then I get the question to Update the Account manager from Sony. This I do and are redirected to the andoid market to download "Account Manager from Sony Network Entertainment". When ik select download then I get the announcement: "Het Item dat u wilt aanschaffen kan niet worden gevonden" this means the item could not be found ?

Please can some one explain what I do wrong or how this can be solved ?

The reason is that Sony haven't released the PS Store in Benelux yet. I can't download the account manager in Luxembourg either. Hopefully thet will announce the release on Playstation Blog soon...
