My tablet start freeze and stop

Hello everybody,

I have a problem on my tablet Sony Xperia SGPT1211, she start and I can't do anything and the tablet stop herself. I try to press volume+ "+" Power but no menu to do a hard reset.

Have you got a solution for me please!

remove any SIM and/or SD cards > connect to a wall charger > try to turn it on, describe the outcome.

I have succeed the hard reset, but when the tablet restart the configuration doesn't erase...

Have you got an idea?

Hello

I can't repair it with compagnion because it stop herself. When I do the hard reset I saw "data wipe complete". But when I restarted the tablet, she kept the old configuration.
