Hello,

I have a Sony Xperia Z2 and I'm not able to download Netflix series.

The download button doesn't shown.

Android-version: 4.4.2

Netflix verion: 4.16.3

How can I download Netflix series using the Netflix app on the Sony Xperia Z2?

After looking further.

Apparently Netflix downloads are only compatible with devices certified for HD viewing.

Note in the first subsection

"*Android devices must be able to stream Netflix in HD to select video quality. Visit our article about Android for more information about HD-capable models."

I contacted Netflix who weren't much help. I found once I did a factory reset of my tablet, I was able to use the offline function.
