Can't sort digital cable channels (KDL-42W805)

Why can't I sort my digital cable channels on my KDL-42W805? The option is disabled in the menu. Is this common among new Sony models? It was possible on my old Sony. Can I enable sorting somehow?

Hi there

In regards to this post as well as your other one (HERE) - My first thoughts are that you have set the TV up in SHOP mode. You will need to reset the TV back to factory default settings and choose HOME mode instead.

I solved this problem by resetting it to factory defaults and setting ENGLAND country have changed and everything was solved. I changed after sorting going back to the country of origin.

I have the same problem with KD-55XD8005.

Shop mode is off, but I still cannot edit the channel list.

Country/Language is Finland/Finnish.
