    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bravia 40R553CBU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just bought the above TV and have not been able to get the internet features to work. The onscreen information says I have a strong connection with my router but nothing actually works. If I press Netflix button nothing happens and with anything else I get either no connection or try again later messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been in contact with Don't support but they have not been able to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
