each time i try to activate my new bravia tv enhanced features i keep getting invalid code , using windows 10 pc and ie browser

Hi there

Are you still having this problem? If so, can you try seeing if you can generate a new code via a differnt app - such as the Playstation app, or Album or Link an Account etc?

If you continue to have problems, please reply back with the model number of your TV.

I have a Sony 40"..

Unable to work the enhanced features - telling me it has been registered and to on PC to sign in to activate. I have started a new account and have also re registered the product or so i think i have successfully but unfortunately nothing seems to work and I'm still getting this error message on our TV
