How to stop device changing scene (55 inch HX850 Series BRAVIA )

Hi,

I have a 55 inch HX850 Series SONY BRAVIA T.V. Recently I got a Android T.V box and it works quite well apart from one thing. There is an option in the android settings to learn via HDMI. Its really handy as it then allows the Sony remote to control the android interface (like PS4).

The only thing I don't like is when I play a movie, it automatically changes the scene. When the remote was not paired (HDMI setting in Android) it never did this, now I can't get the options button to revert to a setting I picked. Is there any way around this ? I like the function of the Sony remote but I don't like the automatic scene selection.

You will need to set the scene to 'general' when on the current hdmi input:

But for me it was a 'Scene Select Graphics' that seems to work!
