No Channels, Tuner not working - KD-49X8305C - 2015

KD-49X8305C purchased 2015. Today no channels on Guide, unable to select any channel on remote. Settings-Channel Set Up- Digital or Analogue tuning not working just black screen. Aerial working ok tested on other tv, all other tv functions working ok. Is there a fix or should I have repaired or replaced as under guarantee. Ann

Hi Ann,

You can try to do a factory reset and see if it helps (Home > Settings > storage & reset > Factory data reset).

But if it doesn't you should give it to service for repair.
