Sky wifi won't connect to Sony tv KDL 49WD756

I've been trying to connect to the wifi for hours but failing

I can find my sky on the list, put in the EPA code and then connect

then is says

Wireless device on tv - found

local access - failed

internet access - failed

ive Restarted factory settings, plugged out the tv and the sky q router, tried scanning and pushing Wps button

its not the first time it's happened but this time I just can't fix it. The wifi is working fine on my mobile and the other Tvs - it's always just this tv! Is it faulty? I only have it a few months
