Why do I keep getting the following message every time I sign in

This happens every time I sign in can someone explain and why Latvia.

When I put Sony Forums into Google to sign in the following appears in the address bar can someone explain.

Sorry for the late reply. If you search for 'Sony forums' on Google.co.uk, the first search result should be https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/english-community/ct-p/en. Could it be that you are using a different version of Google (such as Google.lv)?
