tuning a KDL32L4000

My TV is not showing all channels, when I auto Digital tune sometimes channels 2-7 do not show but 17- 22 does, other times it vise versa 2-7 show and 17-22 do not. I have tried manual tuning but it does seem to do anything, it asked me to name the channel number but wont allow me to input channel 21 for example.

Any suggestions grateffully recieved.

It sounds like there could be an issue with your antenna or TV tuner, so I think your best bet is to get in touch with Support so they can assist you further (see details to get in touch via phone or email here).
