The online reviews I read for the '603' were really impressive, 5 Stars etc, but I couldn't find any detailed reviews anywhere for the newer '613' hence the dilemma. The only real difference in the specs I could appreciate was one model uses Edge lighting and the other Direct lighting. Anyway, I decided to buy a '756' in the end, so worry over...

Thanks for your help, I didn't think anyone would respond.

Can anyone explain the main difference between these models. The newer model retails for about £40 less than the older model, so I think the older model might or must be better in some way, but I can't decide. Help??

Cheers

Hi – pricing is always variable and a higher price doesn't necessarily reflect a better product. Product launches sometimes attract discounted prices.

In the case of the two BRAVIAs you're looking at, the newer model will have a slightly more powerful processor, which helps it perform better with its higher interpolation rate. This helps with fast-motion content and makes for a slightly smoother viewing experience.

Hope that helps!
Mick_D
