KDL-32WD756 - screen freezing

I've got an issue with my TV just occurred tonight - when playing back both YouTube and MP4/AVI files, the screen is freezing, but oddly the sounds continues as normal.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

to my knowledge the software is up to date

You can check using the guide in the link, but if it is already on the latest, try and refresh the apps under Network settings.

It seems to have resolved itself now, I will update on here if there's any change.
