hello i have Sony bravia Kdl40we665 after the last update v8.609 doesn't load the default subtitles in netflix and i have to change to other subtitles and then change back to default to make it work please fix it it's very annoying.

Hey @ Billys4u

Try to refresh internet content by pressing Home - Settings - System Settings - Setup - Network - Refresh Internet Content .

I did it nothing changed i restart my router i did hard reset but nothing my pc plays subtitles on netflix just fine only the tv doesn't load them and that started after the firmware update.

Hi Billys4u, that doesn't seem to be an issue with the TV tho, have you tried contacting Netflix?
