Got a new TV in Dec 23.Subtitles DO NOT work. Tried settings, rtc. Does anyone know what could be wrong and how to make Subtitles work? Thanks

Here’s how you should be able to get them…

Please give a description of what you have done to get subtitles on, and how, and on what channels or players, and what happens instead.

Press the Settings button on your remote control.

Scroll left to Settings from the on screen menu.

Click down to System and select Accessibility.

Click right to Subtitle settings.

Click on Broadcast> Subtitle and set your preference.

Click on Streaming & other content and set your preferences. there too.
