      <title>Sony Bravia TV no picture</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi&lt;/STRONG&gt;. My neighbour cannot get a picture but has sound. All cables disconnected, tried a different HDMI connection, switched off at the mains, new batteries put in remote etc. Any other suggestions? Only 4 years old but no warranty. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I helped her to do this but sadly it didn't work so we've called out an engineer who is coming today to hopefully fix it. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
