Sony Bravia 7 not turning on with power button (remote and TV buttons)

I purchased the Sony Bravia 7 MiniLed Qled 4K tv a few weeks ago. Last week the power button on the remote and the power button on the TV both stopped working. The only way I can turn the TV on now is by unplugging it from the wall socket. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

Hi @AnaDom If it is only a few weeks old, then it is the Retailer that should be helping you. Don't allow them to try and pass you off to Sony Support, as it is their responsibility, I personally would insist on a replacement, or refund if that is not possible.
