DAV-TZ715 video problem MP4 on USB

my DAV-TZ715 hometheatre system is not showing video for MP4 files being played via USB port, im only able to hear the Sound. i checked online for the manual and it indicates that the device is capable pof playing mp4 video via USB.

can anyone assit

Hi there

MP4 is a container file - as the audio plays and not the video, this indicates that the video codec is not supported.

The manual does specify that the codec is Xvid/MP4:

So you will need to ensure that the video codec is Xvid.
