bdv-n5200w stuck on input

I own the cosmic horror home theatre system known as "bdv-n5200w". The latest in a long row of issues I have with it is that when I use a hdmi input on my TV, the receiver automatically goes to its TV input, which is all well and good. But when I go to the ARC-input on my TV to go to another HDMI port on the receiver, the receiver is stuck on its own TV-input.

I try hitting home on three different remotes; the receivers original remote, my harmony hub app and my TVs remote. Nothing works. It's stuck. The only thing that works is unplugging the systems power, wait a couple of minutes and put it back in.

It's the worst. I've tried resetting the system. I've tried ignoring it. I've tried yelling at it. I've tried cursing it. I'm out of ideas. I want something that will work. Thank you.

Hi, i have got the BDVN-7200WB and it does the same thing, did you mange to sort this ?
