Sony Bravia AG8 ARC not working with Sony ht ST5000

Hi Have have just upgrade my AF8 with an AG8 TV and the HT ST5000 Soundbar via ARC in & out HDMI cable. No sound comes through at all. If i use Optical its fine and the sound test is fine so nothing is wrong with the soundbar and TV. I have tested the internet connection and all is fine.

Please can you assist?
