4K Videos

Have a problem with my UBP-X800.When I play a 4k disc the colors are not bright. They are kinda washed out. But when I play a Bluray the colors are bright and sharp. I've tried turning off Deep color and lt seemed to work a little bit.. I've tried different HDMI cables from Audioquest and Monster. Tried different inputs on the tv and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions. I know it has to be in the settings somewhere. I've also swapped out discs and swapped out for a new player. What's the deal. Please help

which color mode do you have selected on the player?

Is the 4K-Disc HDR or not?

It is a 4K HDR disc.

It happens with most. Every Once in a while I'll get one that looks good. I had trouble with Incredibles 2 with the orange suits aren't a s bright as they are on the blu ray and also with Bohemian Rhapsody
