Lip Sync issue

I know there has been a lot of coverage of this issue on the forums, and I have read as many discussions as I can find, but I still have a lip sync problem. I have a Sony KD65AG8 connected via optical to a Bose soundbar. I have gone through all the steps Sony recommend on their help pages but the picture is ahead of the audio. It is not if I use only the TV's own (internal) speakers. Has anyone managed to find a way to get the video and audio in sync? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi SpencerSmith,

Have you tried to switch the connection to HDMI? Also, does this affect any source on your TV? (For example: apps, external set-top boxes, etc..)?
