Display on subwoofer not working. Blue Led comes on when in Bluetooth mode and speaker functions otherwise but LEDs fail to show display. Issue happened last year when I first installed the system after about a week of use. Have been away since unfortunately so couldn't have a look myself. Was bought as a gift but was new in box .

Hey there,
Apart from unplugging it I'm unaware of how to do a hard reset.

Hello @Newlands34,

If the system still does not operate
properly, reset the system as follows.
Be sure to use the touch keys on the
Subwoofer to perform this operation.

While holding INPUT, touch "VOL –"
and "Power ON/OFF" on the remote simultaneously for
5 seconds.
“RESET” appears in the front panel
display, and the settings of the
menu and sound fields, etc. return
to their initial status.

Disconnect the AC power cord
(mains lead).

Unfortunately the reset didn't work.
