Hi, I bought a Sony UBP-X800M2 and I am very pleased with the picture and sound but I have a problem after listening to music from the server when starting on YouTube there is no sound if anyone can [edited by moderator to remove personal details]

I think this could be a software related issue. Have you tried to update the firmware of the player: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/home-video-blu-ray-disc-players-recorders/ubp-x800m2/downloads/00016057?

Hi, thanks for the reply, the player was updated to the software version-M45.R.0050 on the first connection to the network but the problem is there, after restarting and without playing other movies or music entered into YouTube works but played music from server or disk youtube no sound after reboot reappears.

Hi, I think I found out where the problem is when DSEE HX is turned on then no YouTube sound for a few days now I have not had a problem I am very pleased with the player, excellent sound and picture.
