BDV-E190 ARC not working correctly

Hello,

My Sony BDV-E190 ARC feature is not working correctly, I have it connected to a Toshiba 32RV753 TV and whenever I turn the system on I have to go into the menu on the BDV-E190 and disable HDMI control and re-enable it for the ARC feature to start working.

This happens every time the system is powered on. It's as if the feature is not initialising properly when the system is turned on or it is forgetting something when turned off? I have tried adjusting the settings on the TV but this does not correct the issue.

Could anyone offer any suggestions? Many thanks
