HT-ZF9 stuck on HELLO

When I plug in the HT-ZF9 soundbar, it just displays HELLO (message doesnt go away even after an hour) and is unresponsive. Trying to use the buttons on the top to reset doesnt do anything, is there anything else I can try to get it working?

Hi @ado2000

Just to be sure. to reset the Sound bar press and hold power and volume down on the main unit for more than 5 seconds.
