My player cannot play SACD properly as playback interrupts every 10 seconds (very annoying)

It is connected to a NAD A/V T780 amplifier that is connecter to a Sony Bravia OLED TV

I already tried all possible settings but nothing seems to work.

Connecting with a coax cable play SACD properly but only the CD layer (44/16) which is disappointing

Any help will be welcome

Are you actually playing one of the supported discs as shown here in page 34: https://bit.ly/2YnwaOb.

Maybe that's the issue.

I am getting a problem trying to play the Dire Straights SACD version of their Brothers in Arms album.

Other SACDs report a multi track option but this one is only reporting the 2 channel CD.
